Ok here is a list of the mods I have done this summer and my little issue.

New plugs end of last season
Full excell exhauste
pcv/ignition module
ulmers airbox mod

There are a few others mod but dont effect motor. My issue today did a few passes on the lawn had the itch to. The sled fires up fine but after a few minutes let off the throttle it wants to die will not idle. Start the sled up idles fine do some more runs same issue I think its the tps? I have checked all connections. Could be a mapping issue with pcv? Obtained maps from ulmer so they are good maps. Thanks for any help.

No has fresh fuel.

No it fires up fine just when running hard. I had the same issue last year with out the mods. I just took some shims out off the secondary was dragging the motor down alittle.

Well got around to test TPS.

Looks like I need a new TPS.

Why would valves need adkusting? I only have 6500 miles on sled.

My first thought would be your idle mixture. When you start the sled it uses and fuel rich mixture then leans out after several minutes. What rpm is it running when you start it up and what does it drop to when it idles down?. What are your setting for the fuel?

Starting cold goes to 2500 then as it gets warm drops.down to.1450-1500. When fully warm drops down to 1350-1250. As soon give alittle throttle drops around 1000.

Maybe when you set your idle engine wasnt warmed up enough so now when engine is warmed up idle is to low. Also might want to check cable routing to make sure its the idle adjuster setting the idle and not just the cable.

Sounds like shes getting to hot from being lean.... with the warm weather and a hot motor she can run lean really fast.... and there is no way to get the heat out ... talk to Allen, he may want to tweak that map... unless he tells you to wait.

Does she smell really hot??

No noticeable smell being hot. Even before all these mods always had a low idle issue. I will try Allen see what he says.

The amount of fuel being delivered at idle can affect the idle significantly.... have you tried just turning the back thumb screw on the throttle bodys a little in either direction just to see if it effect it?
