HI GUY'S! . Did a search to find Carrillo rod # (the new one) for a
rx-1... I have the "old" #CHRYR1000 but they recently changed it and
they can't tell me their new number!? :drink:
Thanks !!!!!. ;)!

Found this on http://www.carrilloind.com/05bro4.pdf

YA-YZF > 1-54350S

This Carillo rod fits 98-03 R1 Motorcycle.

I checked for partno in Yamaha parts catalog for '03 RX-1 and '03 YZF R1 and partno are the same. Hope this is what you were looking for.

:rocks: :D
What HP are you aiming for? I'm in for 300 HP on my rearmount MCX turbo but I'm not changing rods at this time, only going to Wiseco 10:1 pistons and 3 yami head gaskets. :D

I posted last year on this, " carrillo rods really needed?" and nobody
said that they had a stock yam. rods failure... hummmmmm.
I think they would break on a high rpm ported motor from exessive
tension.
