I have an '11 XTX with the OFT relocater and would like to lower the height of my handlbars by a couple inches. I like the angle of the bars with the OFT kit better but it feels a bit like ape hangers on a motorcycle with the bars raised up with the angle changed. Has anyone put on a flatter bar with the hooked ends on to lower it. If so what bar did you use? Thanks

being that you have an XTX, you could swap on bars from an RTX that don't have the rise in the middle and would be a direct swap.

Yep.
Wife's XTX has about 2" curve in it, she has a Lake Effect pivot bar riser with readjusted angle to suit her.
We also swapped seats this past weekend, improved ergos with the WRP.

As mentioned nytro rtx bars are lower. Bars from an apex or 08+ vector are also lower than xtx bars.

hibshman....do all the of the bars stated have the same handle bar heater wiring connections or do you have to cut & splice things?
