Has anybody found a better bearing than the stock (8CJ) 93306-20589-00 Yamaha drive bearing? Going to be pulling the drive shaft and are planning on changing the bearing while I'm in there.

If you're talking about the one under the secondary clutch, I found one at a local bearing house that was basically a 6205 with an extended collar with a set screw. Sorry but I don't have a part number.

try a walh bros micro blue bearing they make it in the 6205 with lock collar the bearing has a trick coating that works pretty neat the trick with the bearings in a yami sled is to pry the seal cover off about 1500 miles blow out with air and carb or brake cleaner and repack with fresh grease dont forget to add some er release syurup it to can be had at walh brothers greenbush minn and you will have bearings last the life of the sled I have 15000 miles on rx1 jack bearings Kim you also can bake bearings at 200 degrees in a pan with energy release for 2 hours with great results all racr teams use it work and I have been useing for ten years now great stuff

Yes it's the one under the secondary I'm going to change.....also going to change the chaincase side too.
