Interesting. I'm no big fan of either of these suspensions, but the chance to watch them both in action is kinda neat. I'm left wondering one thing though. Was the stock suspended sled featuring OEM (junk) valve technology, or has it be done by a pro for the riders weight/riding style? That would be only fair, to allow apples vs. apples comparison?

On the stock mono suspension if you dont crank the RA knob firmer in the big bumps then you get alot more "kick" to the suspension the bigger the bumps get.Thats the biggest differnce I notice with the pioneer revalve on mine is, stock I was always adjusting the RA knob but now its pretty much forget about it, except all but the really nasty trails.

I would love to "test " an air wave though on my sled :)

That is exactly what I thought when I first watched this video...the Attak rider doesn't have his RA set appropriately to control the rebound (he is getting bucked off of his sled) and it looks like he doesn't have enough preload on his rear spring since the rear appears to be sitting rather low. I would also like to see a comparison between a Pionner valved Apex vs the Airwave. Plus, in the video Gerard says that the suspension on the Attak has a "falling rate" on the return stroke but that is wrong! The mono is a falling rate suspension on the compression stroke = rising rate on the return stroke!
