Found more loose bolts. I think I have had this sled totally apart now. Even some rivets. Doing it right with all your help.

Guys a little 10mm bolt is holding your steering arm on. It took 2 full turns to tighten. Please check this. Very important. Hard to get pic inside but just remove a tierod boot and you can get a wrench on nut. Other end is accesed under stock front little plastic skid. Wrench is on the nut.

Lower front a arm bolts. Both fronts. These were loose enough that arm moved in and out! Slightly egged the hole out. Once again. Remove the bolt Loctite and tighten the heck out of it with sled on ground so bolt is up against the back of hole. 15mm bolt. Nut is held by a retainer so no wrench needed on it.

If I remember correctly my 2012 M8 had a recall on the bell crank where they didn't properly set one of the bolts.....sloppy.....

I think these undersized fasteners stretch after time. Then wear occurs on mating components. Hopefully stretching stops before it snaps. A arms. Should not happen. Bad design with only one side supported. Should make a crutch for back side out of steel. Working on that.

Dang Cannondale.......yours must have been on a Friday after the company party! No such loose bolts on either of mine maybe I got lucky.
