cowl induction
Ntae and Dan are right on with this cowl induction. I ran late model race cars, same thing, pick up the swirling air at the base of the headlight. I think thats exactly what Dan and Fix are doing. I don't know rightarm, but if you got a fast track to the fast lane? then share it. We all have ideas and make our mods, then share what we have done. Thats what makes this site so awesome dude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Without Dan doing the bar mod last year? I'd still have cold hands. And the ram air? I took out ther black plastic block off plate last year on my airbox and drilled several holes in the bottom for more air. Did it work? you bet it did. Now I ordered the prefilter material from Kirk and 6 1inch prefilters and will go to work!
Thanks guys, it's great to be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I truly think that without guys experimenting with all diferent kinds of modifications, we would all be riding sleds that look and run the same. It takes tons of trial and error to perfect anything.
Take a look at the Dyson vacuum company. They had over 600 prototypes before they got one to work!
I think a few different ideas here are great, especially if there's some measure of success with any of them.
