MC EXPRESS TURBO WITHOUT THE MUFFLER

Has anybody run this turbo without any muffler,If you exhaust is above the track i would think it would be quiter any, :?: comments?

You stand a reasonable chance of throwing crud into the exhaust. I would at LEAST extend pipes out the back or out the side.

I'm building my own turbo system that is similar to mc's but i'm running the pipe from the turbo underneath the tunnel to an r1 carbonfiber muffler that will exit through the top of the snowflap.the whole exhaust system(including turbo)weighs 26 pounds whereas the stock muffler without any of the hardware weighs 21.Also i made a tunnel extension that is 5'' longer and 5'' higher than stock for the 159 finger track.I'ts not done yet,but hope tohave it going by new years.Ken

just demont your stock and take every ting vek in the muffler ........and just close it agan then you have a perfekt system
