Am i the last one with this kit from the stoneage?
Anyway..
The turbo seems to drink some oil for me, and the boost is set at 10psi with a 3-inch downpipe right out beside the tank. Terrible noicelevel..
When i cold start it, i can see oil spitting out from the exhaust.
I know that some other turbos uses a restrictor to the oil feed house, Maybe this is the solution for my little schwitzer too?
Or is the turbo on his way to the graveyard?
Kompression is checked and ok.

don,t need a restrictor, some of them seem to use alittle oil , check for movement in your compressor and turbine wheels, if there isn,t any then you should be ok if you have side movement may want to rebiuld, they are fairly easy to put a rebiuld kit in and fairly cheap.
Have no movment at all, just a little up and down. And the compressor and turbine wheels looks fine.
But it´s really drinking a lot of oil for me, but the performance is just as it should be. I guess... dont feel bad at all.
Anyone who built their own downpipe and exhaust for that kit?
The one mcx did cant handle much boost, and there aint much room for a bigger.
Any suggestions?

Check and make sure your drain line from the turbo flows freely. If it is kinked at all you'd have exactly the problem you describe. Failing that, try a 55 pilot in the oil supply line and see if it helps. These engines make about 70 psi oil pressure, which is a lot more than this little turbo needs.
The oil return is routed to the top of the valve cover, no kinks as i can see.
I´ll try with the pilot jet as you say, but where do i get this parts?
I guess i have to screw the pilot jet in to something that i can attach to to suply line?

If you have a ballbearing turbo I can understand putting in a 55 jet in the feed line, but didn't the old MCX kit come with a journal bearing turbo?

TT - that is correct, the Schwitzer has journal bearings.

yep thats why I said no restricter. may need to reroute to the cover behind the primary for better drainage. or replace seals if its something that has gotten worse with time. do a leak down test if you are getting excessive blow by it will cause too much crank case pressure which can cause a restriction in the oil return.
