I currently run 10# boost on an 03 mountain at 3000 to 6000 ft
main 130
piolet 15
needle down one
fuel screw 3/4 turn
I have been watching post and it looks like I should put the 135 back in, possibly the 17.5 piolet. I have run this set up for 3yr. and did it to help the throttle chop issue. I have the updated float bowls. I run a secound bov before the intercooler and it is tied to all 4 intake boots. I have read on some post the throttle chop may have been caused by the mcx bov in the intercooler not working correctly with this turbo. I currently have no throttle chop issue. I did adjust the float level also. I just do not want to put the jetting back if throttle chop will be an issue again. But if the secound bov is the cure I would rather run the propper jetting! this is an 03 rear mcx 10# boost Mountain riding! Please comment on both main jet and piolet jet.

I changed my plugs with 2000 miles on them and they were black. To me they looked good not looking like I'am lean with the jetting. By the look of the plugs if I went to 135 I would think it would be to rich. I tried to post a pic. of the plugs but I could not get it to work? all 4 plugs looked the same.

Talked with a couple of shops that thought I would be ok with jetting. Also did a presure test on the turbo system and found 4 leaks in the charge tube. Where the welds ended the metal had thind out and blown out about an 1/8 hole! I had it welded for 10 bucks. When i did the test I heard air escaping into a cylinder I would guess this is because that one would be at the intake stroke and the valve being open. mc-x guys may want to inspect the charge tube after some use.
