I was wondering if any of you MCX turbo Apex guys ever replace that tiny drive pin for the MCX oil pump? Is it something that ever fails? I have the sled apart now while I'm changing all the front suspension bushings / oil change, started thinking maybe I should dig into that too... just for fun!

It failed for me once. Not a big problem but lot of smoke. Always bring a spare nowadays....

Hearing at least one of you guys has had one fail,
I opened the oil pump up to have a look, pin was worn about 1/3 of the way through. (about 3000kms worth of wear... FYI..) I Put in a new one. Good idea about the spare erexett, it was easy enough to change.
