I used a mcx kit to make a mid mount on my phazer headers works great and their is no more lag , but i always over boost i tried disconnecting the wast gate of the actuator and just open the wast gate completely and i still boost 10 psi and holding full throttle she slowly creeps up in boost . i wonder if the turbo is not too small for using as a front mount style. I'm sot sure but it seem to have less power then last year on the stock location but it had lots of lag. i also got told that i could port the wast gate in the turbo to get better control. i was wondering if a external wast gate would work? or should i just change the turbo …. the a/f ratio is at 12.0 on idle but full open goes down to 10.5with the mcx box!

Just seeing this now, sounds like you have a boost leak... Only 10 psi with no gate operational... Very odd. The problem doesn't sound like a wast gate issue... More of of leak
Or turbo problem.

You will get boost creep if Your wastegate is not able to dump boost fast enough. Your wastegate is not large enough and cannot get rid of the excess exhaust gases fast enough thus building boost as the WG is overvelmed and boost creeps upwards With time.
