Mirror part

Does anyone know if the plastic base for the RS/Apex Mirrors are able to be ordered seperately. I went over the windshield and broke both of them. All the online parts places only list the mounting kit which includes the aluminum arms/clamps. I just need the plastic base the mirror arms thread into.

my dealer gave me one. So im pretty sure thet are available.
