Missing grease zerks?

So I was putting my sled away for summer and noticed a confusing absence of grease fittings on the jackshaft and drive axle. Every other sled I've owned had them. I looked in the manual and the only places it shows to grease are in the skid. What's up with that?

Yea that pisses me off to. You just have to pull the seals on the bearings and shoot some grease in there.

What is the process for greasing the jackshaft bearing anyhow? Is it in the manual? Did not see it?

It is not in the Manual, I believe those bearings are intended to last the life of the machine without being replaced. At least that is the only reason I can see why Yamaha wouldnt put zirks on those bearings.

A member on here named RockerDan did a very nice writeup on how to grease these bearings. Do a search, or it might be in the Apex/Attack faq's sticky on the top of the page.
