i was going to modify the balljoints for lenght to improve handling. From what I remember the modification was to turn down the balljoint by 2.5mm. Where did these posts go ? it is still make a difference? do the new balljoints have a length change.

check the FAQ sticky at the top of this section - its in there. I don't think they changed the upper balljoints for 09, I think they modified upper a-arms to achive similar result.

What is the final length of the upper ball joint after taking the 2.5mm off? The reason I'm asking is that I bought the sled in April to a guy that was moving out of state and he told me he did something to the front end to make it handle better and it had something to do with the balljoints but I'm not sure if he just replaced them or had them modified.
