mono removal Question.

I just read the how to section on removing the mono. MY question is do you have to loosen the track before doing it how its described? IS the removal the same for an Attak? ANy help is appreciated.

Yes loosen the track as far as it will go without taking off the adjustment nuts and it will come right out after removing the 4 bolts.
