I just removed my rear 05 suspension to grease and look it over. I removed the entire rear wheel/adjuster shaft. Is there any blow up showing where the spacers/middle wheel/washeres go? I didn't pay enough attention when I removed it and want to make sure everything is back in the right place.
Thanks, Jim

Make sure you install the track tension adjusters angled outwards so you can access them through the track windows.

My dealer installed mine backwards once last year and I couldn't adjust the track tension (also the adjusters bent allowing the rear axle shaft to loosen off and the rear idler bearings spun on the shaft).

Bet you were really happy about this one Rex!
Dealers amaze me sometimes. If I can learn it and do it I will. I hate having the dealer do anything on my sleds.

Now I just read about the jackshaft bearings. hmmm...I better go see if I can figure out how to replace that as long as I have this thing apart.

Did a track on my old 600 a few years ago with about 6000 miles on it and I was amazed at how shot all the bearings were. Surprised none of them failed.
What a PITA to get them off when that are that bad though.
Hope the 05 will not be to bad...
