I thought about nos but it is very hard to clutch for and the + - 's seem to end up more towards the minus in my mind
i did end up adding some lightweight stuff as well but nothing that will sacrafice the strength of the machine.... battery and the seat have been done
Has anyone played with advancing the timing on these machines?

Timing has been played with on the dyno before but shows no real gains HP wise...not to say that it doesn't help with the tune...just doesn't show up on a chart.
With the mods you have and what you plan on doing you should gain 10-12hp over stock...how much more do you want?

You dont clutch for NOS just add a little weight to lower the rpms some. As long as you dont hit the rev limiter and with a small shot it is very doable...

It sounds like you are at the end of the line..
If you have some extra pounds, it would be gym time... lol

You can do some head work and gain another 10-15hp on top of what you are doing. So with the header, intake and every thing ealse + porting you could see around 160hp. Its something I was thinking about doing when i had my 08 and ended up like you ran out of mods to do and wanted more hp with out boosting

hmm.... I thought it was 10-15 hp for head work while you are boosted. I haven't heard big gains like that from a little port work, as that seem like more then an exhaust and header w/ commander combined.BooBoo said:You can do some head work and gain another 10-15hp on top of what you are doing.

Well really i would like to get as much as I can get out of this engine... as for the porting that is something i would like to have done for sure, doing the intake and exhaust might not give it huge hp numbers but any better flow over stock is a step in the right direction...

The exhaust and intake also give better off the line power.
