MPG's on 2008/2009 Nytro's

I have never seen 15mpg. Skyboz and I ran out of gas 10 feet from each other. We rode it like we stole it for the first 80 miles, then limped it in for the last 19...still only averaging 14mpg.

2008 nytro rtx 3200 miles 16-19 mpg. I run the throttle pretty hard to. Like everybody else said its where and how you ride is a huge factor.

darren

Plus you weigh about a "buck twenty five"

On the trails I consistently saw 17-18 MPG but this was after the break-in period. The first 4 or 5 tanks went fast!

I don't know...I find that hard to believe....never even came close to that.

It could be the fact that the flipper never leaves the bar on your sled. That or your off in the picks checking out log piles. :moon:

This year hopefully it will be different for me, I loved my Apex, just more work than needed for the way we ride. I'm going to try and track mileage for each tank this year.

When I hit 95 miles on the odometer I better be close to a Station. Because by 105 I'm probably going to be hoofing it. approx. 14 mpg here. I must have a bad one.

To me, you are ridding the snot out of it....good job...sounds like a good day to me.

Here is proof of skyboz and I running out of gas at 99 miles, about 1 ft. from each other

Proof? Clearly those sleds are more than a foot apart. Looks like 14-inches to me.

just wondering what everyone is using for fuel 87 or 91 octane to get these milage numbers.
