Blow Off Valve Leaking Boost

I have a 2010 Nytro MTX with a 7psi MPI Blower that is leaking boost out the blow off valve under 1/3 throttle. I have the adjustment screw on the spring tightened down to one thread showing as per MPI. On the jackstand at 1/3 throttle the valve will open aprox. 1/8" and lets boost blow by. Is this normal?

Yes it will always blow off a little boost until you get to WOT and 100% load. That is actually a good thing at that throttle position and load for your mpg.
