Finally finished with this years maintenance. Got my plastics back on today. Ripped the field up a bit before it all melts again this week. 
Shaddow... Here are those vent location photos I promised. Note the ram air opening below the headlight it directs air right onto the air box lid.

Sweet....what size were those slp vents again ..2.5" and are they the snap in ones or the ones that use the rubber ring on the back?

That looks good, I went with the MO-Flo vent kit. I will post some pics once I get the sled back together.

I popped off the chrome emblems and cut dead center.
Gooped up the inside edge with sealent.
Good spot behind the rad... I've even rode with my left glove off and can feel the heat pouring out.
