MPI fuel controller settings

I have a MPI stage 2 kit with a 1.18 pulley ratio, looking to see if anyone is running the same thing at 2000ft, In need of the controller settings, having some issues on the chassis dyno, with stage one pullies 24T / 24T we got 115hp at the track (10lbs of boost), since installing the stage two kit (stage one upgradable blower) we see 15 lbs of boost on the gauge but only 100hp at the track, it seems to be running to lean on the top end 15:1 air/fuel, any suggestions?

U have to get a new fuel system for the sled. U cant run more than 10 pounds with the stock fuel system.
