MPI yamaha what's the difference ? SMA-SUPER-20-00

What's the differences in a Yamaha offered SMA SUPER 20-00 and a SMA SUPER 00-00 I know ones for a Mtx and one for low elevations. My problem is I just purchased a Mtx kit for a reasonable price but I ride at zero to 1500 elevation. What do I need now to use it ?

Thanks, looks like I screwed up. Maybe mpi will provide me with a cooler, gearing, clutching and gauges for the extra cost.
