MSD pump. booster or replacement

Anyone using an MSD in line fuel pump on their boosted Apex? Should I replace the stock pump or use it as a booster pump? Looks like Alpine Turbos replaces the stock pump with the MSD. I'm having trouble finding the right fuel filters right now. I'm thinking of 2 filters, 1 on pump inlet side and one on the outlet side. I know the outlet side has to be a fuel injection type filter because of the fuel pressure.

I just run the new msd high pressure inline with my stock pump and havent had a problem yet.
