Anyone see the drag races a couple weeks ago? A tripple 2 stroke white sled smoked a 450hp srx like it was standing still ,said it was 380hp,wondering if anyone nows what it is

I'm not sure Fast I wasn't there. I saw the video and figured somebody might recognize the sled. I will say that the owner of the SRX made a comment to the video that he is running a stock turbo on the 370hp Race tune and not 460hp which makes allot more sense he would be behind giving away that much weight.

Exactly. A stock 998 turbo on C16 with a waste gate lock might make 350 tops. Ask me how I know. Regardless, the 2smoke has a big weight advantage. IMO, the SRX was very lazy at line. No anti-lag?

Well I didn't want to come right out and question that, But I haven't heard of a stock turbo making 370hp!

It said 460 tune that was a typo

I don't know the stage of either of those sleds, but here's another video of years ago for Winder against mod two stroke.

Stock turbo will make just north of 400 hp at 37-38 psi obviously not stock internals and race fuel

The word "Stock" can most of the time be misleading. I suppose one can throw oversized wheels in the stock cartridge, get the housing ported and sell it as stock, to the eye.
You super fast guys know how that goes.

400 hp is doable 100 percent stock turbo .

Modified turbo much higher
