I purchased this fall a 2006 RS Venture. The family and I wanted to get a sled so we can enjoy winter a little more up here in Northern Maine.
I am new to the forum and wanted to reach out to the community to see what I need to look for in maintaining the sled. It has 12000 miles runs great to a novice, and trust the source that I bought it from.
-Looking for saddle bags
-tow bar to pull utility toboggan for ice fishing
Any other suggestions?
Thanx in advance

Thanx for the replies...
Any suggestions out there for a riser and what height can I get without getting into the electrical wires not being long enough?

Check "Port Yamaha" for your rear bumper and saddle bags. Port's an advertiser on this site. I know they can get what you need.

Northern Maine is getting rain not snow, I am ready to ride. I have just been out in the back yard running the sled after an oil change. I am going thru the owners manual service section line by line. Downloaded it online for free, sweet.
