i would check out ebay or the classifieds on here.
i picked up a similar style (2002 viper)heat exchanger on ebay for 60 bucks shipped.
i would definately buy used and invest the real money into tunnel supports. the tunnel supports yamaha released the beginning of this year are real nice.
