Thanks, guys!. My wife usually doesn't say too much anymore when I tear into something like this, she's pretty much used to it.
As soon as I scrounge up an air riveter, I'll really start hammering it back together. Hopefully this weekend, it'll be sitting back on the ground with all the major components assembled.

Nice having an understanding wife. An air rivet gun is a good idea, make sure you get hold of good quality rivets like them used by Yamaha.

I be careful saying that I know my $#1t!
1. my head might get too big, and 2. It may never run again!! lol...
Thanks for the compliments, its alot of fun to be able to share our projects, and hopefully it inspires a few more.
I'm going to try to make as many TY rides this year as I can. Hopefully at least 2. If we have crappy snow here, I may just leave my sleds somewhere up north, so I dont have to trailer them as far.
Im planning the Mercer ride, and I'd like to hit 2 Muni rides, but we'll see how the $$ situation looks.
More pics coming soon, This weekend should be good for some progress..

Yep, only mine doesn't say "again?" Most all of my projects just run together, and you can't tell where one ends and the other begins...

Got to work on it for a few hours Friday. Most if this is just mock up, so I'm sure there will be a few folks finding things that arent quite right yet..

Skid's back in, front end is going together but I messed up one of the bushings putting the lower A-arm on. I'll put it together anyway, and order a new one.
Shocks should be back from Pioneer within a few days, adn I'm working on prepping the plastic for paint this weekend (if I get the time)
After that, I just have to go every everything and make sure its tight and adjusted properly. My main concern is getting the clutches aligned properly, so I don't have anymore trashed sheaves.
I might not hammer too hard on it for the next couple weeks, my new business is getting off the ground, and that will be taking a huge ammount of my time. I might see if i can get a buddy or two to help get it back together, but we'll see....
