I have a 09 Nytro XTX with the following mods:
Aaen header and silencer
Schmidt Motorsports (SB) Intake Mod
Power Commander V
SB Comfort Clutch
SB Tunnel closure kit
SB revalved skid shocks and resprung forward skid shock
Simmons Gen III skis
Camoplast Back Country 1.75" track
I'm having issues with the as provided Aaen Power Commander tune
The sled pops out the exhaust as the throttle is opened at any speed
It also pops out the exhaust when the sled is cruising on trial and engine RPM is lower than 7000
The sled pulls like a freight train at WOT with no poping etc
The as supplied mapping has a % above stock throughout the RPM range with the maximum at the top end at 10%
These %s are the same regardless of throttle position as far as the map is concerned
Does anyone have aproven map that would work with the mods I have?
The Aaen exhaust system might be on par with the Excell system at +14 hp . Or perhaps where I coould acquire a good tune?
Ialso have a Aaen Exhaust and the same intake mod on a 07 Phazer Mtn Lite without the Power Commander and do not any issues.
Any help is appreciated.
