I have a 07 phazer my fuel pump is not turning on I've tested pump on battery I've changed the ralay I've opened up the wire harness and I've changed ecu..what else can it be...

might be a broken pin in one of the connectors.

You have to go back to.the basics. Is there power getting to the last connector on the pump? If not, then you have to start going back through the wiring. Grab a copy of the manual and check the schematics.
And the obvious, you did.check the fuses right? Not just look at them but check with a meter. Looks can be deceiving.

Can you hear the relay clicking when you turn it on?

1st: check fuel injection system fuse (10a) if checks out then
2nd: check fuel injection system relay. Should be getting 12v to the top of the plug (bottom slot of the T shaped plug)
3rd: When keyed on the relay should click and the middle pin of the T shaped plug should get 12v (jumping these two pins with a wire in the plug should turn the fuel pump on btw)
Obviously proceed at your own risk, get a manual and look over the wiring diagrams, it sounds like a fuse or a relay to me
