okay i bought a used gauge pod but i do not get any display until the sled is started. my old gauge lights right up when i just turn the key on is my new pod junk or do i have to do something to the computer
What sled? What gauge pod? A little more info would help.

What was the reason for buying a new gauge? Check all fuses and connections.
What sled did the guage come from? If it was from a carb'd sled ( Vector , Nytro, Rx1) then it would be normal to only come to life after the sled is running.
