need help with steering and suspension setup

just got back from an awesome day sledding.

the new ram air, gear and clutch kit really livened up the sled.

some issues to sort out...

-the steering is very heavy
-no grip on iced corners
-more than wanted ski lift on powering out of corners

if i lean into it i can keep the insides down somewhat. i turned up the front compression and it helped with ski lift.

my sled has new curve skis with anti dart and 6" carbides. i think the carbides are dead already. can worn out carbides cause heavy steering? my front springs are set to one full turn from loose (unsprung). my limiter strap is set to top hole and i have 96 studs.
