I can't give you the exact measurements right now - that would have to wait until next week (after I go to where my sled is on the weekend). It fits perfectly fine on aftermarket extensions with the addition of a home-made drop bracket. The exchanger actually flips over from where the crossover tube was onto the tunnel extension. It does not protrude any lower than the tunnel protectors. Here's a couple pictures:

I had to cut off about 5" of the tunnel protectors & enlarge
the holes on the sides of the tunnel to allow the coolant tubes
to go through on my warrior.
Other than that it was a bolt in installation, took about 1 1/2 hrs.
Well worth the trouble ...no overheating now, even in very marginal conditions.

The holes, yes, thats in the instructions.. What the instructions DON'T say is that you only need to enlarge ONE SIDE (if the skid is down or you have longer drop brackets).
Why did you have to cut tunnel protectors? Does warrior have tunnel protectors on the extension?
BTW: Above pictured is a SHORTY (at least, it used to be...)

Thanks for the pics and the info. It looks like it is plenty big to do the job. Thanks again.

My warrior's tunnel protectors extended into the tunnel extension.
The heat exchanger would not fit flush up against the extension with
them in place or line up with the holes . I didn't remove the skid frame so had to enlarge the hole
on each side, although we were able to remove the old cross over pipe before enlarging the holes.( however a bit of "brute force" was used)

Yeah, I know all about the 'brute force'... you should see my crossover tube...
You want to make sure that you either extend the drop brackets by an inch, or that you do NOT run studs on that... there is a chance that studs could eat into your heat exchanger. Extending your drop brackets will have the added benefits of reducing your approach angle and increasing the depth of bite, both of which will help you in deep snow conditions.

I put one on mine today and it was a bolt in easy 2 hours job. I probably could have done it in an hour but spent a bit of time figuring how to get the side pieces off...duh. After that everything went as planned. Well worth the hundred bucks.
