need part for front shock for 09 xtx nytro

I hit a tree and knocked off the little black adjustment screw on my right hand front shock. So I need the metel insert with the little black knob where can I find one (no dealers have them unless you buy the hole shock). Then I can re-oil and re-pressurize the shock. PLEASE HELP ME or I can buy a whole used shock if someoune has 1 for sale.

Call Hygear.They sell a upgrade to that part and probably have some stock ones on hand.

Good luck man, a tree buried in powder took one of those knobs off the top of my front left shock and after about 10 days of my dealer talking with yamaha and anyone else he could find he ended up just selling me a new shock at his cost. I guess they figured out that Yamaha owns the company that builds the GYTR'S and that it was like a 7 dollar part but they just don't sell it. Here i thought it was gonna be an easy fix, looks easy enough but...

Anyway good luck man, i hope your dealer can find you somthing, i'll be watching your post.

I was thinking the same thing (calling Hygear) but actually you could even get there Hi-low valve if you wanted at the same time. Either way they should be able to help you out.
