Looking at a 06 Apex GT. Very clean condition, but has 8200 miles. What would you think this would be worth?

My 06 Apex has just slightly less miles, if you read on here awhile you will see that is not high mile for the motor at all.
The bearings and other wear items will need a close look.
As for price that is a tough call. Check the going rate on the classifieds. They seem to be asking 5- 6 k what people are getting is a ? These are great sleds and again do not be afraid of the miles.

Spin every bearing on the suspension. Listen for exhaust leaks at the manifold. Lift front end and check the play on the a-arms. Make sure the rear shock rebound dial clicks when you rotate it - if not the shock is shot. Check the track for torn lugs inside and out. I've had to do all those repairs, plus the drive shaft bearing on my 06 GT with 7500 miles. For sale in MN for $4500.

Ask if and when the exhaust donuts were replaced. The amount of miles on the motor is not really a concern.

Thanx for all the replies.. The sled is at a dealership, and am trying to get it for $5500.. Plus tax of course which brings it to $6100.. Very clean, and seems to be in good condition. But it is early yet, and no snow for a few months..........

Buddy got an '07 RTX in March for five grand from a dealer. Less than 6k miles. This time of year I'd be offering $4500, not $5500. Maybe less. With the economy the way it is, I'd make him suck my **** to buy something from him now.
