yes it is the wiring harness that comes in the 07 and newer apexes stock. you can just rewire the existing in like 5 mins if you want a free upgrade there. the harness is factory and plug and play if you prefer. I just did the rewire on the ones I did. you will have to do a search on here but the rewire instructions exist they are probably from 07-08.

Yes I saw someone posted a diagram of the wiring , looks simple enough... Free is always good , saves money for the pri$ey upgrades
