They sell them here in Sweden with that track fitted.
So there should be no problem other than removing the stud protection bars.

When I put the backcountry on my new Apex, I had to take the protectors off the front cooler for clearance and I also took just a little bit of the tunnel protectors off in the very front. Might not have to but I did just in case. That being said, I don't run studs so I don't have to worry about them catching anything.
