NEW 2010 Bumper, Hood, and Seat from Skinz...WAY COOL!!!!

update on the hood...enough ride time this weekend to test out the hodds impact on underhood heat, and was HUGELY impressed!!!!

Last year after a hard pull, you could hardly put your hand near the intercooler...after some good runs at WOT, no issues at all...could place the hand on it to wamr your hands up a little...

was EXACTLY what I had hoped for in the windhsield!!! if you have a blowy thingy or cooler thingy under the hood...HIGHLY recommend one of these..

Quick question. Why wouldn't that bumper fit an 08/09? I really like the way it fits the 2010. Why not just trim the 08/09 tunnel to fit the bumper?

Sorry Sonds...tuning weekends are for fixing and remembering all you should...and one of those things was batteries for the camera ...and a universal joint for teh tie rod...and a new spindle from timbersled...and a new axle for the other ski...you know...little stuff...but of course when it is Christmas week, it makes for FUN shipping...

tried to get a pic but no luck...will have plenty o pics this week..

and since the Skinz folk are riding with us, I might not be able to show some of them...we are doing some stealth testing on some killer new mountain gear

South of Bozeman...we havent decided which drainages which days yet...

Snow is ok, typical early season, a little better than last year this time, but last year we got hammered late, and made for epic conditions late into season...

it is COLD out right now...and need to take my tie rod to the un-tweaker machine

Anyone know if this seat will work with a Trail Tank - 10gal.?
How would it work with a turbo? Looks like more access would be gained so it would be cooler.

I wil have the seat on my sled soon...I have trail tank and turbo...so will kill two birds with ne stone...if you have a MCX turbo, you will just have exposed area...but should be able to easily cover it...Skinz has some uber cool new high temp resistant material...

I got the same running boards on mine. I found they plugged up pretty bad still, so I took a die grinder to the exposed portion of the stock boards.
Opened the holes up a bit more - it's better but not quite the same as some of the other options out there. The bumper ads a lot of strength to the back end.
