Maybe you already have a good one in there. There's a way to check the color of the dot. Just search Cam Chain Tensioner and you should be able to find it.

I think your right one of our members was good enough to load some pictures of this procedure on the last page, I will check that out. But It most likely have the stock one in there only because the seller did not want to tell me about the bad stator, therefor I'm assuming he didn't want to go the extra mile to replace that Cam Chain Tensioner. I mean would have given him what he wanted for it even if he told about the stator. Just a little disappointed with his actions honesty would have made the sale, I mean I drove 3 hours one way in a snow storm to get the sled, and I wasn't leaving empty handed so. I will post some pictures soon..
