New handle bars for 08 nytro

I have cr racing riser 5 inch not enough rise for my liking. What I need to know is who makes a bar with some rise in it for the nytro ? Stock bar size. 7/8 I believe. I do not like the stock bars much. I've had fabcraft before might go that way again just wanting some options.
