Have you install it yet? Do you have pics with it installed onto the sled without the gas tank in the way? Does the header touch the cross bar that goes across, the square one thats @ an angle? Are you going to put some kms on before snow is gone? Looking for info as how well it will stand up. What kind of boost level? thanks

I don't have a pic installed . It's the same angle then my old CPR header . You can't fit this header with a stock gas tank . You need have absolutly a cut gas tank . It will definitely be better than my old .

Looks like T.T.'s standard replacement CPR Header that they stock.....are you saying yours is different?
Also not sure what turbo you are running, but with the CPR Turbo you will need to run the two bolts in the front of the turbo down through the Turbo into the Flange and use the two rear rods to mount the hardware from the top. As well your heat sheilds will need to be refitted as well as the down tube going into the elbo will need to be notched out a bit on the chassis.

I meant can you post a pic with the turbo install onto the header with the fuel tank not install so I can see what it looks like on the sled. I have the same header as you are replacing. Im tired of taking if off to be welded. I just about drove over the sled with the tractor because of the that kit! Getting really tired of headers that crack everyride, so maybe this one might be abit better, & the price is way better. thanks

thanks BH, thats what I was looking for on pics. From what I have read, looks like you might want a double down pipe thou. Have you put any kms on the sled yet? I will check back with in a couple months to see how it stood up.

If you are up for a bit of work do the Impulse conversion and don't look back. It rocks and the header is really skookum.

I phoned Paul last month, had e@mailed him twice. He even remember me from the e@mails. Thats very impressive. But the cost was sure alot, but on the other had, dont think there is a better kit out there with the turbo mounted that close to the engine. Im not sure for the amount of sledding I have done in the last 2yrs, none. Is it worth spending more $. I not really sure about the rev tank/seat idea yet. Using Pauls tank means hacking up a expensive seat & not 100% sure its going to fit right. Maybe when the season is over, I will have to make a trip down to Calgary & see your sled in person. Main reason quit sledding is headers are junk! So tired of taking if off to be fixed.
I relooked @ your mid mount, its the way all front kits should have been built. I found a use mcx intercooler from Ont. It would be just like it was suppose to fit it. Plumbing is on the right side, would be a straight shot from turbo right to the intercooler. I havent givent up on that idea yet. The seat/tank is whats Im looking into still.

There is a market for under tunnel Rx/Apex seats cause Boss isn't making them so I sold my old Boss seat pretty fast and bought the new Rev Boss seat so cost wasn't too bad.
