I did a complete Re-paint on sled. Opinions ???

Looks real good in the Red & Black. I wish the FX's came in Red. Well I guess there's allways paint. I don't mind the Black and Blue that bad.

Try the "Fusion" type. Seemed to work really well on mine. I tried to scratch/damage it after clearcoat had set, left a minor scuff mark that polished out.

PhazerMaX, did you paint the red pannels or buy the red plastic pannels. If painted, what type of paint did you use on them ATV plastic pannels. My sled isan't selling to fast, so I'm thinking of painting the Navy blue pannels Yamaha yellow. Just wondering if there's any special paint to use.

See the post above PureBlue, I used the Fusion Type Paint for bonding to plastics. Cleaning and preperation are important as with any painting. Paint appears smooth and seems quite durable so far. I'll see how the cold affects it, though paint rep claims no affect after initial bonding and curing. I did it this way in order to get the mirror effect in paint. Doesn't show really well in photos, but in sunlight it sparkles with a rainbow color effect.

Well the FX is starting to turn yellow. Went to Meijer and picked up 2 cans of sunburst yellow Fusion. PhazerMaX, did you buff yours out. Yours look smoth and shiney. Did you use a clear-coat.

I buffed between coats and it has 12 coats of clear over all.

Well here it is. It may not be as shiney as PhazerMax's phazer, but i can live with it. It still needs some stickers, it looks to plane.

Pure Blue-- Looks KILLER Dude, maybe a name change. I really like the Yellow.
