Hey Apex & xtx, how much trail peformance will you lose with 6.9 pilots? Do you think they will work well on the trail? I think they look sweet and a little less money than sly dogs and curve xs.

i did alot of research on them online and with people i know that ride nytro's and Apex w/long tracks and than the Doo Renegade and Summits that use the 6.9s. from all my research i found that the they are going to be better on the trail than a stock ski and they have the simmons type design so they are going to take turns better and a ton better off trail, they are a good 50/50 trial/boondockin and they are affordable but from what i have saw in my researching is that if you are doing just trail riding go with the 5.7 pilot or a curve xs or a simmons in that size. hope that helps
