Care to share?
I've never had a major problem with them. They do focus more on the performance of their products than marketing/customer relations, although recently they are putting more emphasis on it.
I try to be patient in most situations and remember, you can't ride customer service.
I'm very happy with TeamFast. The airwave is in my opinion the best riding suspension. I'm sure I'll be buying the upfront-shocks from them soon.

That's just the problem. I've go the Airwave suspension bought and ready to go into my Apex, but now they wont even answer a mail with some questions I have on mounting it. Even tried asking here and at Snowest, but nobody seems to know anything about mounting the Airwave, so I'm stuck trying to figure it out myself.
I'm sure I'll get it right, but it's a pain when a company wont answer questions abouth their product.
On my 3rd aftermarket suspension now, and I know where to put my hard earned money next time I'm looking for one. I don't care if the Airwave is the best thing since sliced bread. If they can't answer simple questions, they don't want my business.
Easy as that

If you call and talk to Brian, they are always overly helpful.... I have never had a problem talking with them on a customer level.....

I put the front shock package on the front end of a 2009 FX Nytro XTX. I actually ordered the whole 3 shock package, but the center rear skid shock will not fit without some modification (the eyelet of the shock will not allow it to go into the mount, it is too thick). So if you are going to buy this for an XTX, make sure it fits, I will be calling them on Monday to discuss with them further!
Now onto the ride/handling. My shock package is not your normal setup. In the rear skid I have Fox Zero Pro shocks on both the center shock and rear shock, using the stock torsion springs, with the billet aftermarket 4-position spring adjusters on the torsion springs. I will say the front shocks from Team Fast have made this sled incredibly plush compared to the factory GYTR front shocks! More notes as we get more miles on the setup!

How did you like the shocks?? Is it the dive-tek package you have tried.?
Im interested to know if they make it easier to sidehill and turn.
