I have had stock with duellies, C&A razors, simmons, and slydog powder hounds.
So far the simmons steered the hardest, stock with duellies the easiet
Razors carved a tight icy trail the hardest, worst was the stock with duellies
Slydog powder hounds are the best in powder, everything else was worse by the same margin
Overall I'm a 80/20 with 80% ON TRAIL and I prefer the slydogs, because the 20% I'm in powder is SO much more fun when the sled floats. Plus they dont dart, they hook as hard as I can hold on and they are feather light.
Good luck

Stock skis with Bergstrom triple points works the best for my wife and me on our Apex's, we only trail ride.

Last season, I went with the Curves. These have much improved flotation over stock and all but eliminated darting. After adjusting the transfer rod and floats, I now have a great balance.

Good to know as that is my current set-up (I haven't driven it yet)
switch to a duece shaper bar and loose virtually nothing!
I picked up a set at Nelson's saturday, and they were having a special on them, and I saved $ 30.00, life is good......LOL, looking forward to trying them out.

I have stock skis with Bergstrom triple points and they're not too bad but I think they could be much better, so I have some Powderhounds on order from Allan Ulmer and can't wait to try em out!!!
