Bleedy for you I will come pick you up! the location is about 18 miles north of highway 10 and 65 in Blaine. the town is called Bethel from your house I would think the way you drive, under 2.5 hrs it is 174.6 miles from mason City to the driveway. 35 n to highway 10 west to highway 65 n and then 4 blocks west of 65 at CR 24 or 237th Ave.

We could do some gearing test on that new shiny winder!

I think it's going to be a fun winter. Yet every winter is fun.. No need to come and get me been to Blaine before. Met Yamaha Tim there.

Yup where you met him at is about 15 minutes from the property. Maybe we get lucky for once and you can ride from Iowm to there by sled. Back yrs ago we had a blizzard and I thought I could make the UP but got stranded in 35 which they closed. I geared up unloaded the old Rx -1 and did some long hard pulls down the abandoned highway to a motel. When I walked in they thought I was a nut.

We are NUTS that's why we think, talk, type sleds all year and I love to know there are others like me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Should be a great snowmobile property.

Why thank you! You will have to stop by and check it out. Still working on the track equipment but the shop is getting painted Saturday and the floor done Tuesday then moving the shop and machinery in next weekend.

I am starting a job in your town in about 2 weeks at the big foundry.

Working on that now. The first barn above the bar is getting converted into an apartment. If you look in the back right corner of the bar in the video there is a ship ladder that goes up to the barn through a hatch I already have the gas furnace and a guy is coming early next week to trench water and gas over from the house. And I am building a heated porta potty.
