I just let all the pressure out of it and filled it again and it rebounds after the first three inches so pull it all the way up and when I sit on it it sags two to three inches when I push it further it rebounds back to the three inches down is that normalMaybe shock itself is froze yet?

Mine sags a bit too. I've had sleds that always come right back up too but I've had some that sag too. 3" is a lot but 1.5" would be about normal. Look up some pics of the same skid and compare it to yours to see if there are any differences as well.
That's normal and preferable. Sag is good to a point. If you are measuring at bumper how much sag do you have?I just let all the pressure out of it and filled it again and it rebounds after the first three inches so pull it all the way up and when I sit on it it sags two to three inches when I push it further it rebounds back to the three inches down is that normal
