Just changed the engine harness on my sled. Sled started right up for a few seconds then died. Have fuel pressure and compression just no spark now. Swapped plugs and coils and same thing. 12V at the coils, dash reads RPM so im assuming crank sensor is good. Went into diag and checked 30,31,32 for spark and I get nothing at the plugs. Fuses are good, swapped the load relay amd ecu as well. Any ideas? Only code is 81 because I don’t have the grips hooked up

When you turn key to on, that gauge light up? Sounds like a ground issue.
