Remove the airbox, give each cyl a little shot of fuel and crank it. If it doesn't fire pull one of the plug coils, put a plug in it, ground base, crank to check for spark. If you have spark try changing the plugs. No spark could be stator or pick up. One unit anyway. When you pull the plugs check to see if they are wet or dry. If wet probably just needs new plugs. If dry could be fuel sys issue. Someplace to start.

I had the same problem earlier in the summer. I pulled the plugs, but they didn't look wet or gummy. I replaced all four and it started, but I had to crack the throttle a little.
Hope this helps.

Does it circle the fuel if you listen in the tank?

if you ran it out of fuel and left it sit you may have a vapor lock in the injecters try turning the key switch on then off three times every time wait till the fuel pump stops to switch back off do not crank engine till after third cycle this will ensure fresh fuel in the rail for the injecters then crank engine and give her a little throttle if it starts let it iddle for at least 10 mins. may have to play with throttle to keep it running at first but should catch and iddle soon enough. if that dont work pull plugs and check for spark and replace.

Try this: Put the sled on stand to get the track off the ground. Open throttle 3/4 and crank it. It should fire if your battery is charged up enough providing there is nothing major wrong (or a little critter hasn't been chewing somewhere). If it ran fine when you put it away, it should start now.
