It is noisy at 1st then about partially warmed up the engine? seems strangely noisy but after it warms all the way it seems fine? I put hands over the exhaust thinking it the donuts but the engine nearly stalled. Any thoughts?
Also I never relized this power module was installed, what are the highest rpms I should be seeing??

Its a 2007 APex GT

Oil

I checked the oil when I bought it ((used last week)) and then changed the oil before riding. I put 150 or so miles on it in the UP and no issues. I checked the oil and its okay? Ill prolly remove the platic parts so I can get to the source of the noise. It sounds like noise is underneath the seat near the front.
Yeah Ill undo that dyno jet and simply plug with back in.(?)

Thx for the replys!!!!

THat could be your exhaust donuts. How many miles?

You should add your location as well.

Okay...

I think its slightly annoying that my TY account HAS to be a FOURSTROKE account and not a carry-over of my 2 stroke???
Anyhow sled has 3800 miles and my location is Lapeer, MI.

Again your help is appreciated!!

Helps prevent the smell from coming over. :4STroke:

WHat??

It smells good!
Whats it take to get to the exhaust donut, do I need to drop skid?? I took all the plastic off so I could get reasonably close to engine and it sounds fine.
The clutch side is louder but I'm guessing its the clutch making all the racket??

Hittting the links now thx....sled has 3800 ish miles.

That is close to Donut time. Start the machine (warm-up) and cover the exhaust ports with your hands (gloves), if it stalls immediately your donuts are probably good if not you have an exhaust leak and it is moswt likely your donuts.
